REMIX! Australia’s Copyright Law is Broken:

Technology is constantly changing, evolving and reinventing itself and at an ever increasing pace. It’s amazing, inspiring and something that you have to keep pace with. Unfortunately it moves so quick, that quite often the law can’t keep up with it.

This is especially true when it comes to copyright law in Australia, which is, in a word, broken. What once seems sensible and vital to protect copyright, now seems redundant and backward.

The video below is the perfect illustration of the current state of Australia’s copyright law, and the changes that are required in order for it to keep pace, or at least catch-up with the state of technology.
